Beef Brisket

Our beef brisket is slow smoked for over 12 hours. We don’t cheat. All of our BBQ is low and slow. It takes lots of slow smokin love to make brisket this good. We use only the best cured Mesquite to smoke our meats. We are talking traditional West Texas BBQ. It is dry rubbed and smoked over mesquite. No gas or electric here.
